Great, Hotel

The hotel is kind off the beaten path which is why we chose it. That said, we liked not being in the middle of it all. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great. The rooms are okay but overall, we had nothing to complain about.

You can hear everything that is going on outside, very noisy.

I didn't like that there's no help to carry the luggage or greeters when you first get in, because they are overworking the staff. The towels were dirty. Cleaning staff very rude. Our room had the trash picked up but floors were never cleaned and neither was the shower. It was a big disappointment. Breakfast was a la carte and it was limited options. I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Nice hotel, great restaurant with amazing views! Clean rooms and friendly staff. They hosted me and my wedding guest (70 people) for my wedding and did great!

The onsite staff were very helpful and friendly! I was not pleased with the management and how they handled my reservation. In short, I was set up and ended up paying more than my original reservation.

Everyone was very helpful. We weren’t 100% fluent with Spanish but they were willing to work with us and continue to practice and learn! Everyone was so kind to us.

El hotel muy limpio y bonito tal cual lo muestra las fotos. El desayuno super rico tiene muchas opciones para elejir. El restaurante del hotel que queda en el rooftop la comida es deliciosa y el servivio excelente ( Jaison the best). 10/10

Great service, I want to highlight the waiters in the breakfast dinner, very friendly. The property is in a safe area and walking distance to some restaurants. Also a short drive to Provenza.
