AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Everything great, food, staff, cleaning and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. Close to everything, right at downtown. We will be back.

the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.

All employees friendly and helpful. But an especial thanks to Julia (chef breakfast). She took care of my wife food restrictions with lots of care. She is 100% dedicated to her job, and to her clients! Congrats, Julia!

We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ótimo hotel, conveniente, perto de tudo, o restaurante dentro do hotel ofereceu um cardapio variado e a comida estava gostosa. Eramos 3 pessoas no quarto e o café da manhã estava incluido mas não foi suficiente para os 3.

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Property and staff is wonderful. Only problem is that Expedia says the presidential suite has 2 bathrooms. It only has one. It was an inconvenience

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

O quarto estava bem sujo, lixeira abarrotadas de lixo deixado pelo hóspede anterior, chão imundo e os lençóis visivelmente não foram trocados
