the room was clean, towels replaced every day, nice location facing the sea and the beach (just across the road), hot shower really appreciated at this period of the year, nice bedding. Stephane and Jerome are great host and always ready to help. The atmosphere is nice and simple at the same time. A nice hotel to stay and come back without hesitation. Good stuff

Fun design oriented place with the best hosts possible! We learned a lot about the history of Royan and her architecture marvels. Great breakfast, perfect view of the beach but most of all, a super caring staff

Petit hôtel charmant. Les patrons sont adorables et serviables. Excellent petit déjeuner. Bien placé. Super sympa d’offrir un choix de boissons en accès libre et à un prix très modéré. Et on se sert en inscrivant nous-mêmes nos conso, très appréciable ce système basé sur la confiance ! La chambre est un peu spartiate, pas de penderie par exemple et salle d’eau un peu petite, mais ça n’a pas gâché le plaisir

Belle vue sur la plage. tout est fonctionnel et propre. Bâtiment ancien mais très bien rénové. Isolation phonique logiquement perfectible mais seulement coté intérieur. Pas de parking mais pas de difficulté à en trouver au alentours
