The check in was quick and the front desk guy was very nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet and king size bed was plenty of room. There was a fold out couch which was great to have. For the price it was a great value.

Great rooms and the breakfast was really nice. Great fitness center as well.

Carpet in my room seemed soiled, like it had been water damaged, it had a smell. Otherwise my stay was Ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast lacked appeal. Premade egg patties and paper thin bacon slices not very good. Smoke alarm went off several times due to taking a shower. A little frustrating trying to answer phone and explaining while alarm was going off. Glad they were quick to call but have never had alarm trigger at any other location. Maybe an opportunity to correct issue.

Very clean was met with a friendly smile from a very clean cut young man. Very personable. When I checked out at 0600 the young lady was very friendly. My room 210 was very clean, well made bed. I did have an issue with my TV (user error). The young man came up right away and assisted me with the remote usage. I definitely will be staying there again when I am on the area. Will also recommend the hotel.

Safe

There was no hot water and when I called down stairs they said it could take 45 minutes for the hot water heater to kick in… I left the water running for over 30 minutes and still never got hot water!!! Ridiculous! I will never stay again

Nice hotel

We would stay in this hotel again. The building itself is showing its age. Beds were super company and the smell of the hotel was very pleasant. The negative for us was the breakfast area could have cleaned more thoroughly. Milk spilled all over cabinets, napkins all over the floor and the counter was fifty.

It was expensive due to being a college graduation weekend but I was pleasantly aurpeiswd by the cleanliness and specious room and Raj at the front desk was fantastic!

Clean and quiet

Was checked into an occupied room. Also, 2nd room was dirty, had water all over the floor, sheets had cheeto stains, there was a jule on the floor and a condom.

The fromint office workers were very pleasant and wonderful personalities, and listened to my problems. I reserved and laid dor an accessible room due to physical limitations. When I checked in, we were unable to access our room because hoisekeeping was cleaning it. After waiting, we left. When we came back to go to our room, I pulled out the bench seat in the shower and it was dirty with urine stains. Just disgusting. The bars in shower's grab bars and bars alongside toilet had not been cleaned and were smudged and dirty. The water didn't fully transfer to shower head and water kept coming out of faucet and very slowly drained and made the water level to continue raise higher. After reporting everything to reception, he switched us to another room, However, upon later inspecrion, there were dead bugs on bathroom floor, hair strands in wrapped towel laid on the shower, hair strands on shower wall, and hair strands inside bathroom sink. Also found brown stain on comforter of one of the beds. Very disappointing and unhappy about my stay. I request a full refund.

I’ve stayed here before. Staff is always very friendly. Our A/C did not work upon arrival, but staff was able to get us into another room. Remodeling has been going on a while. Hopefully that will be finished soon. Plan on staying here again.

The property condition is on the well-used side and could use some repairs/updates. The TV didn't work, and the front desk person couldn't get it to work. The service from the front desk personnel wasn't very helpful or friendly; however, the housekeeping staff members were very friendly and helpful.
