I have nothing negative to say about my stay. It was excellent value, adequate breakfast, comfortable room, clean, staff pleasant, free parking.....all good, thank you.

Clean, parking, easy, big room. Breakfast was great and they kept it open late for us. What else do you need!

It's next to a train station !

Tiny rooms, an extremely cramped bathroom, and overall a very disappointing hotel.

This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!

Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October).

Convenient and clean. Excellent service and breakfast buffet. Only minor negative is that the hotel is adjacent to a busy commuter train track, so you hear a “swoosh” occasionally, but not too bad once you get to sleep.

The owners (who owned a restaurant) offer an option for dinner, and their homemade food was delicious. The hosts go out of their way to make you comfortable and were warm and welcoming. We stayed in their newly renovated guesthouse with our own courtyard and it was lovely.

Wonderful family-run hotel. Close to the highway, excellent cold breakfast with croissants, rolls, cakes, yoghurts, salami, fresh fruit.. Dinner hours are short but sufficient. It’s a long way from Texas, but i hope to stay there again.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant had great food. The room was comfortable but we slept poorly. Noisy. Otherwise no complaints on the hotel. Location made it easy to get to parking and the funicular.

Great service and nice hotel.

I stayed two nights while exploring the Orvieto area. The room was fine; clean and quiet. Although the a/c worked it didn’t matter what temperature it was set at. It could have been set at 24, 22, 16, or 14. The temp was always 21!

First room we got was not cleaned, got a new room where we had no pillowcases and it was dirty

Für eine Durchreise gut geeignet. Sehr nah an der Autobahn. Draußen laut wegen Lastwagen, aber Schallisolierung gut.

Utmärkt med allt: Frukost, personal, rent, parkering

Decentrato ma collegato via bus al cuore di Orvieto, buona sistemazione.

Stationnement gratuit sur place. A proximité de l'autoroute et à 7 minutes du centre historique. Parcheggio juste à bord du centre. Etablissement hyper propre. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon, digne d'un 4 étoiles

Eravamo nella strada per il sud e abbiamo fatto una tappa ad Orvieto e questo albergo è stata la scelta ideale! Vicinissimo all’uscita dall’autostrada, vicinissimo al centro di Orvieto. Parcheggio di fronte, vicino personale gentilissimo, colazione con un’ottima selezione di dolci, davvero meglio di tante pasticcerie. La camera era essenziale ma comoda. Solo il box doccia che era un po’ piccolino.

Chambre foncionnelle mais nécessitant une rénovation, en particulier la salle de bain (tuyau et pommeau de douche). Parking gratuit pratique. Demander une chambre ne donnant pas sur la route, le trafique est intense qui plus est avec les trains.
