A washing machine in every apartment Loud noise

Every staff member was so attentive. And so that was really wonderful. I work very hard to keep the property clean. My only suggestion for a major opportunity for improvement would be to make a deal with owner of the travel company with the loud speaker blaring “Sorry sorry sorry, Buena Park, Buena Park!” Blasting on the loud speaker from six in the morning continuously until 6, 7, 8 in the evening. It's not fair to the hotel guests/residents. Would still recommend. Thank you American Mall. ;-)

This place shouldn't be a Hotel. The rooms are ok, I have no issues with the room. However, it's not a safe and conducive place to rest or have a vacation. Very chaotic. I really didn't want to stay there but I got there late and dealt with it, I voiced my concern to the front desk, nobody got back to me. I was told to take it to Expedia. I left early Sunday morning. I need a refund for the 3rd night and 100gh I spent on Bolt transportation since I couldn't move my car

The property is fantastic the only challenge is the location. It in a market area and there is lots of noise. The parking is also limited during the day.

The female receptionist is very helpful and respectful. The apartment is also neat. I don’t mind coming back again cause it feels like home when you’re there.

This was a very centrally located property. Very close to all the happening places in Accra. The noise though was a problem. The stairs were a lot to climb as well.

Superb, except some few issues, but its a great place to be. I just love it here. I shall recommend it any day any time.

I can get access to public transport easily. Strategically located

It could have been a good stay but the internet sucked. I went days without internet. They did nothing when I called. I had to use my Hotspot to get work done. I would not recommend this place with this kind of trash internet.

The property was clean, the rates to stay are unbeatable .staff was friendly, the culture was good, everything was at my fingertips, within a 1 min walk, what ever I needed was 1 min away, 12//4/23-12/11/23 verified traveler from Chicago Illinois

It was a nice stay. Any problem that arose, they were very responsive and fixed things right away. I wish they had an elevator
