Muy incómoda y sucia por el alto precio. Way over priced for what it is.

Nuestra estancia en Bokatrip fue muy cómoda y placentera. El cuarto es básico pero esta muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es muy buena y te facilita poder caminar a muchos de los lugares populares. Aparte, el trato con el personal fue muy bueno, Carlo y Miguel fueron demasiado amables y nos ayudaron mucho. Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones y compartieron mucha información con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir cómodos y seguros.

There are several small guesthouses in the area, but what makes this one special is the house manager, Carlo! I have a pet, so pickings were slim. The rooms are basic, very clean, and the perfect location to explore. Within walking distance to Zocalo, Arcos de Xolchomilco, and the local park El Llano park where every morning you can join the locals on a Tai-Chi class or Zumba. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a 2 star. Rooms towards the back have great lighting and are large and inviting. There is a public kitchen which is super convenient. I felt very safe!! It can be noisy at night due to an upstairs restaurant/bar, but they close at midnight so manageable. A special thank you to Carlo, who made me feel at home, checked in daily to see if I needed anything, and shared tips & suggestions for travel. Carlo is 5 stars!! and the reason I booked a return visit

La propiedad es cómoda y el staff es muy amable, esta muy cerca a la zona centro y hay muchos lugares muy ricos para comer, hay un parque a menos de 100 metros, las instalaciones son sencillas pero están limpias. Es ideal para llegar a descansar.

I would definitely think of Bokatrip Llano when I go back to Oaxaca. My family and I loved it. Located close by to many great places in Oaxaca. Everyone in Bokatrip was helpful. Thank you for such a great experience.

Carlo is so kind when he greets you to Bokatrip Llano. The rooms are so spacious and very comfortable. The showers are hot and the bathroom is nice. I think the floors could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that it was a very nice stay. Shout out to T-raza next door which always had food and fun activities even late into the night. Very convenient and made the stay even better.

I stayed at in room 10 it was near the gate/entrance and also very near to the terrace bar which plays Lois’s music until 11:30ish during the week. This property shares the main floor with a convenience store and an English school, the hotel doesn’t seem like a hotel at all. At the main entrance there are beer cages and it’s also a parking space for one of the owners. The staff (a guy) was very attentive and offered to give me a room in the back, he was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend it only if the property owner makes updates to the property.

Positives: Decent location if you don't mind walking a bit. Street has a number of cafés and restaurants of varying levels. Digital locks take some getting used to but once you get the hang of it, they usally open within 2-3 attempts. Nice not having to keep up with keys or key cards. They send daily suggestions via WhatsApp for things to do in your language. Carlo, the manager, is a really great host, taking the time to chat and learn a bit about you, but not too much. You never feel obligated to stop and chat. And he went out of his way to do an unexpected favor for my partner. Keep in mind it's a guesthouse, not a hotel, which means you have open access to a kitchen and can leave your own food and drinks in the fridge or use plates, etc (and clean up after yourself). Dog-friendly! Negatives: no air conditioning but that's fairly common so can't really complain, just FYI. They do provide fans. Our room wasn't as pretty as those shown but I'm assuming thats because of the dog. Had a good-size shower. General info: there's a bar/restaurant on the same property so if you're noise-sensitive the music may bother you. We were so hot and tired it didn't matter. Traffic starts just before 6 am, so again - noise. The food selection is minimal btw, but it's convenient if you're tired and don't want to go far. Its a good value for the price overall and I would consider staying again if I were traveling with my pet.

The property is well located. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping & tourist sites. Taxis or public bus system is right outside your hotel. Park around the corner has multiple vendors throughout the day & night. Has a little bar area that seem to always have a handful of people enjoying themselves. Other guests seemed happy when you spoke to them. There is a little store atbthe entrance that has snacks & drinks.

Bokatrip es un bonito lugar, cómodo y céntrico que me permitió ir a los lugares que quería con mucha facilidad y comodidad así mismo la hora del descanso es un lugar con camas muy cómodas y el lugar es silencioso. Terminamos nuestro viaje muy contentos.

This place is good for the price.

The place was affordable. Defenately not a hotel it's more of an airbnb.

The location was very convenient, just a few blocks away from Templo de Santo Domingo and the walking street. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the drinking water and fan. Also loved the quick, contactless check in!

The host was very nice, quickly responded to our questions. The pictures look better than the actual place. It’s okay for what you pay. Location si very convenient.
