The check in process was a troublesome since I was never received the 6 number booking confirmation number. I had to call the security since it was outside the hours.
the check in desk was too low for me, either has to bend or kneel to fill in the lengthy information asked.
I requested a baby cot but it was not provided when we came in to the studio.
