Excellent hotel in a fantastic location! Was exceptionally clean and looks exactly like the photos online. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and knowledgable about the local area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful! The hotel is in a prime location lots of restaurants and sites nearby! Which all are walkable.

Wished we had more than one night to spend there. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the staff very helpful.

A perfect stay in Valencia! The staff was helpful, our room was spacious & comfortable (rm 301), and the use of the other Valentia property’s rooftop terrace restaurant was a quiet place for an afternoon coffee with amazing views of La Seu. We will absolutely return to this property!

everything was amazing about the hotel!! the breakfast was delicious and the area around the hotel was beautiful and in walking distance to all sort of attractions. The only thing I had to say was that my TV would turn on randomly by itself. Even when I took the batteries out it still turned on and I couldn’t shut it off. Randomly in the middle of the night the volume shot up and started blasting. So this kinda creeped me out but

This hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the sights of this beautiful, colorful city. The rooms are modern, comfortable and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchenette was handy. The servicing of the room was impeccable, too. For me, however, the absolute best feature of the hotel were the charming, helpful and very friendly young professionals who work at the front desk. They could not have been more helpful or thoughtful. BTW, when you are in Valencia, don't miss the Central Market, the Cathedral, the Oceanagraphic or the Aqua de Valencia!

Pros: - Very central location. - Hotel felt relatively new / refurbished and clean. Cons: - Drain smell in the bedroom was awful. - Room was an odd shape - long and narrow with far too much furniture, which made it feel claustrophobic. - A little soulless - modern with no character, which you wouldn’t expect for the building type and central location. - Slightly odd that there were chair lifts on every stairwell, even though there was a lift and plenty of rooms with level access. Overall, we expected a lot more for the price and probably wouldn’t stay again.

The location is at the center of everything. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, they are good at helping with restaurant, scheduling, history and anything you name it. We spent 8 nights there, and would like go back next time when we visit the city

Great location in a super walkable area! The front desk staff were amazing and knowledgeable, especially Alina. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We were on the third floor and it was remarkably quiet and peaceful, even during the last night of las fallas!

Amazing!!! Location is a 10/10! It is nestled in a quiet area but there is still a lot to do around! Great staff, very accommodating. Will be back soon. Favor stop of our Spanish trip!

Perfect location, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable beds, comfy bathrobes, plenty of coffee, quiet rooms, beautiful modern design in a classic building. What more could one want?

Excellent location with high quality rooms, though the room assigned was located near the check-in and was exceptionally noisy, turning what would've been a great stay into one that I'd rather not repeat. Recommend you ask for a quiet room at check-in.
