Clean, tidy and comfortable with helpful staff and great morning views.

The only problem we had was our fan was broken. With there not being ac and the midges being outside in abundance (we couldn't open the window with any lights on) it got a little warm. I could also have an irrational fear of midges, not sure, but they freak me out. Other than that the staff was great, very kind, and i loved exploring the outdoors.

This is by no means a luxury stay, but it was perfect, clean and very well equipped. I wish we could have stayed li her to do some exploring of the area, but it was only a stopover

The air conditioning didn’t work. We were able to turn the display on but it wouldn’t actually blow air. There was an obnoxious green light in the entry way of the room that was distracting leaving a sleepless night.

It was different than expected and the pictures online did not create an accurate expectation of what we would experience. It was OK, but I would not have chosen to stay there had there been better information given up front.

It was a great location out of Fort William. Checking in took time due to the staff member not being present in the reception for about 10 minutes after we arrived. A bell on reception may be handy to alert staff to the arrival of guests.

A fine place to stay in the Fort William area, nothing fancy but clean and well located.

Great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking. As the name itself, its the base for the activities in the area. Near fort william.

Wonderful find! And the Gondola ride, cafe at the top and hike were amazing.

Great secluded area, with gandola to take you up the mountain for view & hike. The cafe/ restaurant has good selection. The room is very cost & modern!

Stayed for 2 nights midweek. Good friendly welcome. Easy check in. Decent sized room with plenty coffee/tea facilities. Comfortable bed. Restaurant next door for breakfast, lunch etc 20% discount on gondola. Would return and recommend.

The room is good value, clean and comfortable - overall good place but a few teething problems could be improved on. Shower needs a label to show how to work due to secret stop button. The door to room wouldn't close fully by itself which is a bit of a security concern; also the wifi network for room is joined via TV (not immediately clear), otherwise an open network across the whole centre. The room was so cosy I slept with the window open all night (in March) and was still warm. The cafe bar food is very underwhelming so would recommend you eating elsewhere. Everything feels quite new and fresh and staff are friendly. With a few tweaks it could be really good.

Arrived late, utilised the 7kW ev chargers on site which was handy. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. If I had to pick a fault the sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small and there's quite a bright emergency light in the bedroom which I found a bit annoying.

I would have given our 1 night stay 5 stars but my partner can only sleep in a dark room and there was a bright green light on the ceiling that kept him awake most of the night. Staff were very polite and pleasant but explained that this light is part of the alarm system and cannot be turned down or off
