It need more maintenance

It was good but the bathroom door was broken and the fridge did not work .

The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right.

There was no water to shower or to go to the bathroom. The staff said the water would be off for 20 minutes. The next day people were taking water from the pool to flush the toilets. The place is run down and the pictures they have don’t reflect how it looks. They have appliances pulled apart laying out in the open. The pool equipment was thrown on the ground. Don’t stay here. No staff between 10pm and 8am.

Nada que ver las fotos con el lugar. Primer día me lave las manos y salió un olor a drenaje súper fuerte que preferí irme a otro lugar.

The worst

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Selah en Valle de Guadalupe. El lugar tiene una vibra súper relajante y es perfecto para desconectarte un fin de semana, rodeado de naturaleza y viñedos. Las vistas son definitivamente de lo mejor del hotel, especialmente al atardecer. El servicio fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia, lo cual se agradece bastante. Además, las áreas comunes como la alberca y los espacios al aire libre están bien cuidados y hacen que el ambiente se sienta muy tranquilo. En cuanto a las habitaciones, son cómodas y limpias, aunque sí podrían beneficiarse de algunas mejoras o mantenimiento en ciertos detalles. En resumen, es un hotel con mucho potencial, buena ubicación y excelente ambiente. Con algunos ajustes en las instalaciones, fácilmente podría ser una experiencia de 5 estrellas. Aun así, definitivamente regresaría.

We loved staying here! Beautiful exterior. We stayed in the bungalow. We loved our balcony and the view. The bed was really comfy. The staff is very kind and friendly. We loved eating at the restaurant. Very tasty food! I did enjoy their red wine and purchased a bottle. Definitely worth the price! A hidden gem. The only reason why I gave the place four stars is because the pool was freezing! Beautiful pool but unable to swim because it felt like an ice bath. That was also the reason why we booked the hotel because we wanted a hotel with a pool.

Bathroom leak, TV didn't work, heater not working either. Staff was nice but completely unhelpful.

The hotel is advertised as having many amenities such as a full day spa, jacuzzi, restaurant and full bar. The place had one staff member tending to the front desk and bar area at the same time. Overall look of hotel is not what the pictures on Expedia show. Jacuzzi is broken down and it looks like it has been for a long time, and there is no spa or restaurant. We spent one night and woke up the next morning to realize that the whole place had no water for toilet, showers etc. unacceptable. We checked out early as we were extremely disappointed with the place as it was. Would not recommend at all.

Todo casi bien solo que si se bañan más de dos te tienes que esperar un ratito para q vuelva a calentarse el Agua , por otro lado estuvo súper 👍

The property has a great house keeping service. They will communicate through WhatsApp to ensure everything is going well in your stay. We enjoyed the pool very much but wished the restaurant was open during our stay. We did stay during off-season yet we had the perfect weather and were able to enjoy the grill and fire pit that the cabin had.

The room was very comfy and staff was very polite, even though out room was kinda far from everything else and the trails inside the property are really rundown

The room was ok, it looked nothing like the photos. Smelled and looked old. The shower was messed up, I had to prop up the showerhead using my left over shampoo bottles just to get some sort of water pressure. There is a restaurant on the property, the concierge said they'd be closed at 10pm. We came down at 8pm, and they were already closed. Other than that, i guess it was eh. Not worth the amount I paid and the points I used

Everything was great, staff members are really nice and courteous. Denisse at the front desk is a very customer service oriented person.
