Pelayanannya sangat tidak baik karena: 1. Kamarnya tidak pernah dibersihkan. 2. Sprei dan handuknya tidak diganti pada hal kami sudah minta, tapi tidak dihiraukan. Kalau diperhatikan, kamarnya dibersihkan kalau penghuninya check out. Yang jadi masalah kalau kamarnya dipakai penghuni short time, apakah spreinya diganti atau tidak?
