Nice facility, the wifi signal was terrible/no access, the 3 phones in room did not work, and the warm bath water took ridiculously long.

Loved it entirely; location, service, friendly staff, beautiful gardens, room service. Highly recommend such a delightful hotel.

Superb attention to details in the restaurant

The property was ‘fine’. We should have asked more questions. Pool hours were very limited (10-8pm) so we weren’t able to even use it. The room: dated and not super comfortable, strange furniture and layout, not convenient for putting your bags on. Beds were fine. The room had not been properly cleaned and prepped. The tissue box was empty but still there, the shower not cleaned with hair on the floor. There were 3 of us and we paid an extra $27 for the 3rd adult but only 2 towels in the room. We asked for the tissues and towels twice and finally they were delivered late in the evening. Also, the phone in the room rang 3 times in the middle of the night, I answered and nobody responded. A glitch? Such an odd experience overall but since we only were passing through and stayed one night just pushed through it!

Excellent hotel, i would recommend this for anyone going to Toluca or Santa Fe either for work or pleasure, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Toluca, this is by far the best

Fairytale gardens! Incredibly well manicured gardens make one feel the property is in its own planet. Greats attention to detail and decore compares to Neuschwanstein castle during its 19th century grandeur. The hotel is a destination in itself! I’ll travel back to Mexico just to stay in this peaceful setting… staff is the best I’ve dealt with in a long time; ego was extremely happy with the service.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth every single penny. The food at the bar/restaurant is outstanding and there are various beautiful gardens to sit and relax at.

Loved the place, beautiful gardens, lovely rooms, the only thing I didn’t like is that they told me the pool opened at 11am, when I went by the pool, it was open at 7am 🙁 didn’t get a chance to enjoy it!!
