Good place. A little expensive for what it was. Had everything we needed was clean and comfortable

It was in a quite area but still near to amentites.

Thanks to Duncan for the friendly check in. Our room was very well equipped and quiet. We didn't have a car during our stay, so it was great having the bus stop just around the corner. It was about a 10 minute walk to Haymarket railway station.

Premier Suites is walking distance to almost everywhere including Deans Villiage, Haymarket, Grassmarket, the Castle and the Royal Mile. Mind you, we like to walk but did Uner a few times with luggage. The beds are really comfortable, the whole apartment for 4 ppl was wonderful. It was mostly quiet and felt safe no matter the time. Best breakfast place around the corner at Honeycomb Tearoom. Grocery nearby. Dining/shops can close early though so check the hours for the days your there. Staff were great and everything was easy. Nice to have space and be out of the hussle of the Mile area but close enough to be back in it all in 10 minutes. Also had laundry which was great after our 3 day Skye tour. Had some kitchen facilities with free waters in the fridge. I would stay again and recommend it.

Clean, elevator, staff very nice. Water pressure not the best. Washer/dryer combo frustrating to work even with directions. Ran for over 5 hours. Clothes still not dry.

Apartment itself was fine but cutlery and utensils were unwashed. If you open windows for fresh air traffic noise is very loud.

Excellent apartments with all the amenities. Great front staff - very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful

Great property with great communication about parking, facilities and a run down of the property. Property new and modern with excellent room to move. Only criticism is the walls are getting dirty and marked, they need a good clean.

Good property, well equipped with kitchen essentials, wifi, cable tv etc. Good quality bedding and towels. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Slightly more expensive than I’d have hoped, however it was a good quality stay.

No housekeeping

The rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the location for its proximity to transportation and local restaurants.

The staff were amazing, the location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh (with amazing places to eat nearby) and the room was perfect. It was like a little home away from home!

Very overpriced for the condition location and facilities

Lovely modern style apartment in Old Town. Best of both worlds. Appliances worked well with clear instructions. Staff were super helpful. A small Tesco is nearby to get essentials. We walked to it from Waverley with our luggage. I recommend taking a taxi. Bus stops are nearby, as is the hop on, hop off if you want to tour around. Beautiful time to visit Edinburgh in May!

Overall the apartment was nice. Had a little trouble with the washer/dryer ( most likely user error) but was happy to be able to wash our close halfway through our trip. Liked the counter space in the bathroom to keep on.

Well located, clean and comfortable apartment - 110 on second floor, facing the rear of the property so quiet and uneventful. Well equipped and comfortable bed and nice linen. Great bathroom, shower ok but water pressure wasn’t that strong but still good. Would stay again.

The staff were exceptional. Our bathroom alone was larger than our London flat. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this was fresh clean and loads of light ( but also equipped with blackout shades).

A great place to stay. The accomodation was modern with separate living and bedroom areas and included everything needed eg fridge , washing machine, cooking facilities. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was helpful in explaining how everything worked, and helped us navigate public transport. While not in central Edinburg for us it was walkable distance.
