There are some damaged interior parts, it would be better to immediately replace them with new or more attractive ones.

Good, just put in a little hot water and it's not hot enough.

The hotel is located in a strategic location in Karanganyar. However, the hotel is very old. I am surprised of the value I had to pay was the same with Ib*s Sty** at that time for a significant different condition! The bathroom was in general clean but it seemed that it wasn’t cleaned regularly that it left many stained including the mirrors too. That gave us the dirty feeling. On top of that, the AC was not cold enough. Fortunately our goal was to rent it for a make up room for a wedding, not for vacation. I wouldn’t want to book this room again unless it’s really necessary.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, only the cleanliness of the hotel blankets & sheets is lacking. There are still many stains and it looks less clean.

Maybe it could be more attention from the cleanliness of the blanket and sheets, there are still stains/not clean. For the condition of the hotel, it is clean, the location is also very close to the food center, cafe and Alfamart.

This is a legendary hotel. The room is quite spacious but the lighting is not enough, make it more feel. I could be better if the provide better lighting, and bed sheet.

The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, cleanliness is ok, the location is also strategic near Alfa too. But it's a shame that there's no hot water in room 112, so you can't shower.

The staff are kind and friendly, it's just a shame that the hotel facilities are not adequate. The bathroom smells, the floor is dusty, the AC is difficult to turn on, hopefully in the future the hotel room facilities can be improved.

AC no dingin, air panas mati, telp mati, TV no ready. No lift lantai 3 sesuatu banget tuk manula 😔 note minta lantai bawah 🤪.

The floor of the room was a bit sticky, the bathroom was not very clean and smelled bad. The bathroom water was small, the bathroom was clogged so when taking a shower the water took a long time to drain because it was clogged, the room lights were off. Still, the service was good and fast 👏.

Hotelnya dekat alun-alun, di tengah kota, depan nya ada tempat makan yang harganya murah-murah, sampingnya ada alfamart, kamarnya lumayan bersih, AC dingin, sprei, handuk wangi, untuk harga segitu puas sih.

Ukuran kamarnya luas. Tapi kurang bersih. Untuk toiletnya juga. Petugas kurang ramah.

Saat datang sprei dan bed cover kotor seperti bekas habis diinjak² akhirnya saya minta untuk diganti yang baru, lantai sangat kotor dan berdebu, langit² ada sarang laba, saat datang disambut dengan kecoa, kamar mandi kotor, wastafel bocor, shower air kurang kencang, toilet kotor, sebenarnya sangat kecewa karena saat booking sepertinya foto² yang ditampilkan sangat bagus dan bersih, tapi karena hanya hotel ini yang paling dekat dengan lokasi kegiatan jadinya kami bersabar, mohon agar diperbaiki untuk kontrol kebersihan kamar karena seharusnya jika tau sudah dibikin paling tidak sehari sebelumnya harus sudah dibersihkan, tapi untuk pelayanan petugasnya sudah cukup baik, terima kasih 🙏.

Kamarnya juga luas banget, pesen 2 kamar, yang satu gak ada masalah semua oke cuma minus pintu ketika ditutup agak berisik aja but its ok. Tapi yang satunya sedikit agak kurang karena atap toilet yang bolong dan di kamar mandi ada kecoa. But overall its ok thank you.
