The staff is unfriendly, the sheets are unusable, dirty, and smelly. The pillows are adequate, so stay here only once.

The sheets are not fit for use, the TV only has 3 channels, there are lots of ants. The pillow cases smell, like they haven't been changed.

Staff didn't check the room, it was dirty

The room was very hot, the AC was broken, it wasn't cold but instead it was emitting hot air and when complained, there was no good faith from the staff to change the room, the service was very bad, the receptionist employees and staff were very rude and unfriendly, not according to the request, ordered one bed but was given twin beds, very not recommended.

The staff is not friendly, service is the main thing, please prioritize service. The rooms are quite comfortable.

The staff is not friendly, they don't smile, their way of speaking is curt. Only one towel was given. The cupboard is quite dusty. Hot water is ok, AC is ok. Please discipline those who look after the accommodation so that they can be more friendly.
