It's a shame that when I was about to check out... the water was off 🤣 but overall nothing was disappointing.

The staff were very friendly. If possible, please add a buffet breakfast menu, because it's a shame the rest is already so worth it, Sis. Thank you for the memories during our vacation at the 2-bedroom villa in room 303. But the menu at the restaurant was delicious at dinner. The view is beautiful.

The staff are all friendly and the environment is comfortable, clean, and the meatball breakfast is the best - tasty and warm enough for the cold weather.

Overall, everything was very nice and comfortable. There was just one unpleasant experience. It was only 9 am. I was sleeping soundly because I hadn't slept all day. However, a grass cutter was using a tool right next to the dome/glamping where I was staying, and it really disturbed my rest. The situation was somewhat helped because the staff I informed about the disturbance immediately took action. Just a suggestion: Please carry out maintenance procedures on weekdays, not on weekends or even long weekends like I did yesterday, as it would really disrupt our comfort as customers. Thank you.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied and quite tasty, but the porridge was a bit runny. I took the two-bedroom villa, which was very spacious for four people.

The hotel's atmosphere, view, and service were all excellent, but upon entering the room, it smelled like a recently cleaned warehouse, with a lingering smell of animal and insect feces. This was very uncomfortable, and there were still some lingering lizard droppings.

One of the best stays in Puncak, Jawa Barat. We will definitely come back. Thank you for providing the best hospitality services. 🙏

The hotel is nice, the view is nice, the swimming pool is nice, the view at night is nice.

The scenery is a feast for the eyes, the staff are friendly and helpful. Not suitable for disabled people. The food is a little bit pricey.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the amenities were complete, and the accommodation area was very cool and comfortable for a staycation. However, the road to Damar Langit is a bit narrow. Another suggestion: it would be nice if staff could ask and inform guests if they are bringing elderly people with walking difficulties. This can be uncomfortable for elderly people with walking difficulties.

The food in the restaurant is lacking, but the breakfast menu is delicious.

I've heard lots of good things about this place and have planned to give Damar Langit a visit some day. And we finally decided to go during Ramadan, so the traffic is fine. And it's as good as what people say: waterfall inside the resort, cozy and spacious room. Will absolutely come back next year to try another room type.
