Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful

Hard mattress, dirty bathroom, smelly pillows, it's January here, it's not good, it's not worth it, it's better to go to Princess, get a price of 400, it's more comfortable, it's cleaner, you get breakfast too. 06-2-2024.

I've already booked through the app and paid, but I wanted to check in but there was no officer, so I ended up looking for another hotel. My money was gone.

It was booked, but when I got there it was full, and the bathroom smelled really bad of urine, the receptionist was rude, and had no good intentions, instead of asking for a refund because the room was full, they relocated me on their own initiative, it was really disappointing, check-in was supposed to be at 6 pm and I could only check in at 11 pm, I swear I don't want to go there again, unless it's not a full long weekend.

The room price per night is really cheap. I took a room that was 180 thousand with a standard room type without AC. The room was a bit smelly, the bathroom was also a bit dirty, the blankets were also dirty. Actually, it's suitable for a room price of only 180 thousand. I got a room on the balcony, the view was really good. On the balcony there are chairs for sitting, it's really nice to sit in the morning while having coffee for breakfast. The guards are friendly. Overall, the cheap price is equivalent to the condition of the room which is a bit dirty.

The hotel is bad, it doesn't match the advertising catalog, the staff is unfriendly, the sink is no longer suitable for use but is still used which is dangerous for guests, the hotel looks like it's not being maintained, all the facilities are no longer suitable for use. Don't stay here if you don't want to be disappointed.

Sangat-sangat mengecewakan semua. Tidak seperti yang ada di foto, rating nya juga menipu (mungkin penilaian para user open BO), pelayanan kurang baik, suasana lokasi dan kamar kayak kamar kost-kostan, kamar mandi burik airnya kotor keluarnya lama, sprei dan selimut banyak bercak/noda (ga tau dicuci apa ngga). Pokoknya sangat tidak direkomendasikan!

Nyari receptionis mau check out lebih dari 1jam. Hotel aneh pnya karyawan ilang²an trus.

Dapat harga bagus dari aplikasi, hotel yang letaknya strategis pinggir jalan, ya lumayan buat tidur, sesuai dengan harganya.

Kamar sangat tidak sesuai dengan gambar, kecil sempit, kebersihan kurang. Sangat-sangat sumpek sampai rela batal menginap dan langsung cari penginapan lain walau tidak bisa refund. Dan saat masuk pelayanan sangat tidak baik, ada 2 orang petugas, satu pakai jaket abu2 duduk sambil main hp dan menegur atas nama siapa dengan cara yang tidak sopan.

Ga ada AC, ga ada kipas ga ada ventilasi, ruangan bau apek, kamar mandi bau, toilet ga bisa di flush, seprai dan selimut kumal. Parah banget. Check in liat kamar langsung check out, buang duit.

The location is strategic, the view is really good. His service is friendly and comfortable to stay. Really recommends it. Thx yeah.

Hmm, for that price it's actually really good, the room is clean, the bathroom is decent, the room is very SPACIOUS. It's just that the water in the bathroom is yellow, the shower is broken, the water is very small, the hot and cold cannot be adjusted. So I had to shower using the faucet and squat 😭.

The facilities do not match the catalogue, there is no wifi, there is no AC, the vibe is not like a hotel but like staying at a relative's house in the village. My advice is to just close it. It has not been maintained, very sorry even though the price is not much.

The water is not suitable for bathing, aka dirty, plug 1 is difficult to charge while watching TV.
