I was a bit disappointed staying here. Actually, the atmosphere is comfortable. The staff are also friendly. It's just that the cleanliness and room facilities are lacking. The water in the hot water machine doesn't work, there are no shower facilities. The bed is also a bit dirty. Because it often rains, lots of termites come into the room. Please fix it again.

The location details are not good because it is night. During check in, the air is good, the room is spacious, only the cleanliness of the room is not well maintained and the maintenance is also lacking, but the staff are friendly and fast to check in, it is worth it to cool off.

Quiet resort. Many choices. The resort does not provide food, so if you need dinner or breakfast, you can prepare it yourself by buying it outside the area. There is no problem between the rates in the application and the location. Suggestions for management: good area, immediately update the location on Google Maps. And update the application facilities according to the actual facilities. In the application there are Delansia and RedDoorz Resort. Both are the same business as Delansia.

From the beginning, the service was not sympathetic, they just put the play towel outside and told us to put it in, the play room order was changed unilaterally without any information or apology, the bathroom water hitter was just a display, the bathroom was dirty, no TV remote was given, when it rained, many small animals came out of the holes. Anyway, for all of you, it's better to think twice about checking in here, it's better to have a slightly different price, more expensive but comfortable, you can rest better than here. The hotel name doesn't match.

The mattress is quite soft, the sheets are a bit dirty, the shower doesn't work but the water is warm, the concept is one with nature hahaha so at night it's really quiet and you can only hear the sound of animals, in the morning the view is really beautiful. Come back here? Maybe. Because it is cheap and comfortable, quiet and close to tourist attractions. It's only recommended if you bring babies/small children, it's a bit dangerous if you choose the one above, which is what I booked because the road to the top of the room is still bamboo, left and right, I'm afraid there's something ha ha ha ha, but I'm more afraid of animals, that's the only thing I'm doing while I'm there. it's safe there

The building is poorly maintained. The bathroom pool is leaking, the toilet and the shower for washing are broken. The water heater is not working.

The staff is friendly * and nice. But for breakfast I didn't get it, but the next room got it, I don't know the price/service is different. But when I asked the price, it was the same. But it's okay. The location and place are good. Thank you.
