Great breakfast, with a good selection, and I liked the fried egg or egg omelette on-demand service at breakfast. The beds are super comfortable, however, I give only 3 out of 4 stars for the cleanliness due to some dirty spots on the bedsheet. It was not too bad, but we couldn't tell whether the bedsheet was freshly washed or not. Spacious room, with a modern TV with YouTube and USB thumb drive support. We paid for a room without a balcony and got a nice balcony room. The location is alright and quiet, but could be better connected to buses or anything more central.

I'm so sorry, I like everyone, but this morning I was trying to clean up and found two cockroaches under the bed and on the ceiling. I love this hotel, and this is the first time I've found cockroaches. Please check again. Thank you.

The room is spacious, comfortable, with cool air conditioning... There's a refrigerator, a desk, and a sofa. There's also a balcony... The reception service is excellent... The breakfast is delicious and varied.

A hotel that is always clean inside and out

I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a cigarette butt under the table, even though I brought a child, otherwise it was okay.

Negative: I stayed on the 6th floor, and it was quite noisy at night, perhaps because the room wasn't soundproof at all. So, when other guests walked by and chatted, and it seemed like there were a lot of families staying with children, it got noisy. My room was non-smoking, but I'm sure someone had smoked there because it smelled bad, and the bathroom smelled like urine. I ordered a mocha latte at the restaurant, and I apologize, but it wasn't good at all. Positive: The room was quite large and had a balcony, even though it overlooked the moat. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The Wi-Fi was fast. The kids' pool was separate from the adults', which I liked.
