Accommodation is only a unit, parking is your own responsibility so it is not efficient. For water when it is off in the morning and cannot go to the bathroom, standard facilities.

Staff service is very good, place is clean and comfortable

The staff is friendly, the key is given on time, the check out process is also very easy. The room condition is good, just not very clean, there are spider webs. The bathroom is ok, can get hot water. There is also a microwave. The AC is cold but leaks like dripping onto the mattress. For the stay, everything is ok, can sleep well. Got the price of 167 thousand, it's very worth it.

Dirty bed sheets, leaking and inadequate AC, amenities not provided. Then the unit was replaced, the AC was cold but there was still a leak, and the window curtains were just a piece of black plastic that was not proper and seemed to be installed carelessly. The rented units do not have standards, they can be different, some are not well maintained, some are a little better. Does not match the photo display when booking on the application.

At first, I was a bit nervous when I saw the reviews because most of the reviews were not good. But thank God, when I got there, I got a room with an affordable price. It was comfortable for me and my children to sleep. The staff who escorted me were friendly. They gave me a guide. The deposit was also returned quickly. Thanks

For a nice and clean apartment building. Only in the room is very lacking. Starting from the dirty and smelly bathroom, no towels available (in the picture there are, when asked for it was given) wet doormat when we arrived. The kitchen area is full of cockroaches, in the picture there are complete cutlery, in reality there are no spoons. And for parking, you can't claim a parking ticket, so the parking rate is very expensive when you check out.

The room smelled and the mattress was itchy, so we moved again.

This Osaka apartement by Nusalink is big scam. They not return your deposit 200.000 IDR. I have all the proof for the SCAN. Traveloka must close Nusalink for business on your app. Scam scam.

Hope you guys read the review before booking. Not recommended at all. Room are small and dirty, perhaps they haven't change the bed sheet as well. Also in regards to deposit you have to contact them everyday, if not you won't get your deposit back. Until I wrote this review, they haven't refund my deposit yet. I reported to traveloka team as well.

Checked in on August 17, 2024, paid a deposit of 200, but the money has not been returned by August 26, 2024!

The deposit was almost never returned. Phone calls and chats were also ignored at all on both CS WhatsApps. The refund should have been h+3 working days, but it only came back almost 2 weeks after checkout, and even then I had to get angry first. If not, it might not have been returned at all.

The deposit money was not returned and responded to by the admin/officer.

The deposit refund took a long time and the response was slow, from Friday check out until now the deposit has not been returned, even though I have videoed the condition of the room when checking out.

Stayed on August 2nd and checked out that night, the 200k deposit was promised to be returned in 3 days, until today on the 11th it still hasn't been TFed (almost 10 days). Basically, this place is not recommended.

The app lists a swimming pool but cannot access the pool. The management did not take care of the pool access card. The room was not clean because I was bitten by a tomcat.
