I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. It's always a regular whenever I visit Pekanbaru.

Everything is okay, only the AC is not cold enough.

This is my first time finding a sharia-compliant boarding house that's nice and comfortable, with hotel-like facilities. It even has hot water, even though Pekanbaru is already hot. It's great for those bringing babies to enjoy the warm water baths. I'll be staying here again next time.

The staff are friendly and there is a place for ironing and cooking too.

A must-try! Staying overnight and enjoying the culinary delights of Pekanbaru is definitely worth it. It's close by, and perhaps in the future, there will be a generator. So when the power goes out, it won't go out. Other than that, it's worth it.

The hotel staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness was excellent, and the other facilities are highly recommended. Staying at Heya Costel Syariah Pekanbaru was a great experience. If I ever have time to visit Pekanbaru again, I'd love to stay here again. 😀

The hotel is nice and fairly clean. However, the access road is very narrow and difficult to see from the main road.

Finally found a suitable and comfortable place at a standard price when I had business in Pekanbaru.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the towel hanger in the bathroom was broken, and there was no hot water, only cold water.

The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, have ample open space, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. 👍

Clean, neat, and fragrant.. Just a suggestion, if possible, the glass for decoration should be a little bigger.

The only thing missing from this heya is the tissue which is missing.. everything else is good..
