The check-in period is 2:00 PM. But I arrived at 12:00 PM, planning to leave my luggage first. A few minutes later, the receptionist said I could check in because the room was ready. The receptionist was friendly. I was very happy. The room was clean, like a hotel. The bathroom was inside. You could get drinks from the dispenser outside. You could order food and drinks here. It felt comfortable and safe. The AC was cool. There was a prayer mat too. There was an ironing place outside the room, the best.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, sis. I suggest spraying mosquito repellent first if the room is empty.

This hotel is indeed as clean and comfortable as it gets. There is a receptionist ready to help with check-in. The room is clean, the pillowcases are clean & fragrant, the AC is very cold, there are 2 glasses in the room, drinking water is outside the room, you get towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, and soap. Wifi is available, but the signal is a bit weak inside the room. The location is a bit in from the main road, so it is not noisy at night. There are many food and snack sellers not far from the hotel. Initially intended to stay 2 days, so I extended it because I felt at home here.

The hotel is so comfortable, I just lay down for a bit and immediately wanted to sleep. Thank you for your service.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. It's always a regular whenever I visit Pekanbaru.

This is my first time finding a sharia-compliant boarding house that's nice and comfortable, with hotel-like facilities. It even has hot water, even though Pekanbaru is already hot. It's great for those bringing babies to enjoy the warm water baths. I'll be staying here again next time.

The staff are friendly and there is a place for ironing and cooking too.

A must-try! Staying overnight and enjoying the culinary delights of Pekanbaru is definitely worth it. It's close by, and perhaps in the future, there will be a generator. So when the power goes out, it won't go out. Other than that, it's worth it.

The hotel staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness was excellent, and the other facilities are highly recommended. Staying at Heya Costel Syariah Pekanbaru was a great experience. If I ever have time to visit Pekanbaru again, I'd love to stay here again. 😀

The hotel is nice and fairly clean. However, the access road is very narrow and difficult to see from the main road.

The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, have ample open space, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. 👍
