the staf wont allow me to check in because she said the resort was no longer associate with any online booking company such as oyo, agoda, traveloka etc. But i booked thru traveloka & already paid. what??? This is my worst travel experience.. i came from far away & paid for nothing!!! Lookslike this is good bye to traveloka & the premises.
