The room is not as pictured, not habitable. There is human waste in the bathroom. Very unfit, dirty, and disgusting.

The hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly.

The AC is dead, the bathroom is dirty, the water doesn't flow smoothly.

The room was dirty, not like the picture, not suitable for sleeping, the staff were also not very friendly, it was strange that the room could not be locked.

Tempat Tidur Kurang Bersih, Kamar Mandi Kurang Baik. TV mati.

Pintu kamar mandi rusak, kamar mandinya jorok banget, ada kecoak, tv ga berfungsi dan AC tidak bisa diatur ulang karena remote universal. Penjaganya kepo bet. I don't like it.

Sangat sangat tidak sesuai di iklan, kamar kotor, wc kotor, sangat mengecewakan, pelayanan buruk sekali baik pegawai ataupun ownernya.

Kamar ga sesuai gambar. Staf terkesan tak mau mencarikn solusi, kotor kayak kandang. Jauh-jauh ke Brobolinggo dapat macam ini kecewa banget. Heran sekelas aplikasi bisa-bisanya ada kayak gini. Pesan 3 kamar yang ready cuma 2 itu pun harus nunggu jam 16.00. Sangat Tidak profesional.

Friendly, good service. But the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking, especially the bathroom.

Untuk sekedar transit oke lah. Nginep cepek mau berharap apa. Yang penting bisa tidur, dapat AC, udah cukup lah.
