The room amenities and breakfast buffet were excellent. The Angsana area is very large, so getting from the villa to the beach or to the restaurants and reception is faster by electric buggy, although the wait for the buggy is a bit long.

I had two young children and the trip was wonderful. My child has allergies, so we requested the hotel prepare meals for us and they were very helpful. The hotel provided a free bucket of ice and two free refills of water. The coffee brewed in the room was also quite good – my husband said so. The space is very suitable for families with babies because there are few insects and no mosquitoes at all. My older child absolutely loved the beach here because the sand is clean and there are crabs. The breakfast was perfect for me because I eat healthily and have many dietary restrictions, but they took my dietary advice very carefully and prepared it to my liking. Next time I will come back and bring both sets of grandparents for a more enjoyable trip.

The amenities are great, the food is delicious, but there's a long wait to check into the villa area.

I went with my 4 year old child, he likes the jacuzzi everywhere so this is the second time I went and still only likes to stay in this room. The breakfast is diverse and tends to be Western so my child really likes it, there are even gluten-free cakes for people on a diet like me. There is also a private swimming pool in the Angsana area so it is very private, the beach is ok for children to play in the sand. The staff is very enthusiastic

I went to the check-in lobby and they didn't help me get my luggage down. I had to carry it down myself.

I really like Angsana Ho Tram, the staff are friendly and lovely, I really like the sauna in the room. My husband, I and our 4-year-old daughter had a very memorable birthday vacation, the resort even sent a birthday cake to my room During my 3 days and 2 nights stay, I had dinner at the hotel for 2 consecutive nights at 2 different restaurants with generally good food and very pleasant staff. In the evening, there are also movie screenings and an integrated outdoor play area for children. Angsana clustered with Dhawa Hotel is a very suitable place for small families

The food here takes a while to be prepared, about 30 minutes to be served. If you eat, you should call the restaurant in advance. In addition, from the Angsana resort villa area, it is quite a walk to the Azura restaurant, the Play Kids area, the main swimming pool and the beach. The villa is very beautiful. Modern, with a time of 2 days and 1 night, it is not possible to take full advantage of the facilities, so you should stay for a long time to experience the facilities here. The soundproofing of the living room and the path to the 2 rooms above is not good. If it can be improved, it will be OK. The breakfast buffet is not very good, probably because it does not suit your taste.

My family of adults and children recently had a weekend at the resort. Overall, we appreciated the convenience of the resort's location - quite easy to get to from the city center. In addition, the staff here are very polite, friendly and professional, creating a feeling of welcome and comfort right from the check-in. We booked two different room types, and were surprised when the receptionist informed us that one of the two rooms had been upgraded to a higher category for free - a big plus showing the care for the customer experience. The amenities in the room are new, clean and beautifully designed, suitable for a family vacation. However, the point that made my family quite disappointed was the dining area and the quality of the buffet meals. - Seafood buffet dinner (about 900,000 VND/adult): We expected this to be a memorable seafood party, but the reality was not as expected. Grilled seafood is not kept hot properly - just placed under the lamp, causing the dish to cool down quickly and smell fishy. Grilled dishes are often not served to guests in time, while the menu is quite limited, not as diverse as resorts in the same segment. - Breakfast buffet: The breakfast experience is quite bad. The dining area is too small for the number of guests. Although my family came to eat at 8am - the popular time - there were no empty tables. There were too few service staff, unable to support guests. The arrangement of outdoor tables was inconvenient when it suddenly rained, there was no timely solution. Dining utensils such as spoons, plates, and cups were in short supply; food was not refilled quickly. The crowded, chaotic space has greatly affected the resort experience, especially for families with young children and the elderly. We hope the resort will consider improving the dining area, both in terms of scale, food quality and number of service staff - to match the high-class service standards that the resort is aiming for.
