Booked two rooms for my family. The bathroom in one of the rooms was smelly (I cannot remember the room number, it was on the ground floor). Checked in almost midnight, too tired to ask for another room. During checkout, I informed the staff. Hopefully, they improve.

The sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them, and the bathroom smelled just as bad when you closed the door. There were very few tissues, and the room wasn't soundproof, making it very noisy. I asked to be moved, but the staff kept saying they were full even though there were plenty of empty rooms. I was finally given a replacement room, but it was just as smelly and dirty.

Within budget, the rooms are small but clean and the staff are friendly.

For the affordable price, I think it met my expectations. The room and surroundings were clean and quiet. For a simple stopover, I think this could be a good option. If possible, slippers could be provided in the room, as the floor can get quite cold at night. Thank you. Please maintain the cleanliness.

It is very clean. Only the soundproofing is bad for the first floor.

The bathroom is quite smelly if you use the exhaust, and you can hear everything from outside if you stay on the first floor.

Overall, it's okay, the cleanliness is top notch. It just lacks hotel slippers and the hot water isn't hot enough.

It's clean and tidy, but the downside is that the location is quite far from my destination. Public transportation doesn't pass in front of the hotel, that's all.

Please pay attention to the service, don't be told when checking in that the booked room is full and have to upgrade to a superior room with an additional 50 thousand rupiah. In fact, when I ordered at 14:14 there were still 3 rooms left on Traveloka. And it's strange when checking out, the 50 thousand rupiah that was requested last night was returned to me with the excuse that the computer had an error last night... earlier I thought about continuing to stay or promoting to my supplier friends if the assignment was to Siantar. But I canceled that intention. It's a shame that when a hotel as good as Brodam's has a bad image because of the naughty receptionist.

The location is quite strategic, the environment is comfortable, the room is clean & fragrant. Will stay here again if I go to Siantar again.

The location is close to the city center, clean, friendly, but tiring climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor, the superior type has no thermos, no slippers, the bathroom uses a very strong fragrance that makes you dizzy.

The TV often has no signal, the hotel staff is not very smiling. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The most important thing is that the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is comfortable and not noisy, suitable for resting and bringing family, but if I may suggest, the pillow should not be too thick, because adults' heads hurt when using it, let alone children, and the blanket should not be too thin.
