The experience of staying in Dieng was quite shocking because the service was indeed not good, for some reason because we complained about the room with a window facing outside but it was not responded to. Then we made a special request about the tarantula on the ceiling, but we were only able to move rooms the next day. Suggestions can be made to improve the cleanliness of the room and improve the service.
