The sheets were not clean and had many stains. The towels asked to be replaced, but they did not have any spare/stock, they only washed the existing towels and even then they were given to us still in wet condition. The drawer next to the bed was full of cigarette butts and had never been cleaned. They also did not provide mineral water in the room.

The bathroom needs special attention, such as the sink faucet is dead, the jet shower (shower bidet) is leaking, the lights are too dark. Room: there is not enough trash can in the room, there are not enough power outlets, there is only 1 and that is only for the TV.

Setibanya di hotel, recevsionisnya menolak bokingan saya karena kamarnya bocor dan AC nya rusak, tapi ketika saya minta untuk di cek, alasannya kunci kamarnya tidak ada. Karena saya ngotot, Akhirnya diganti dengan kamar lain. Intinya pelayanannya buruk dan tidak profesional.
