OK budget hotel... The security was good... Homely environment and peaceful.

as a transit for the Halim Express Train station only 10/15 minutes...

First experience staying here for 2 nights. MasyaAllah the room is clean, comfortable, complete facilities. Hot shower water is also available. Need hot water for drinking is also available outside the room. There is a comfortable place to sit outside the room so that it is possible to sit together with family who are staying/guests who want to come to visit. Plates and spoons are provided for eating outside the room that we can borrow. There is also a prayer mat in the room. Attached to the wall is a frame containing a quote from the Qur'an. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very homey, feels like home. So far we really feel at home here. Alhamdulillah. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, great overall.

This is not a hotel as imagined, it is suitable to be called a homestay because the concept is a room in a house. - The condition of the room is not conducive because it prioritizes the fragrant smell of camphor rather than cleanliness. Camphor is full around the bathroom. - The water smells of lead to the point of sticking to the skin and cannot even be used with a toothbrush because the smell is so strong. - The location is inside the complex so there is a time when the portal is closed. - Dust and many insects flying around look rarely cleaned. (taps, curtains, toilets) - The outside looks dark and dim. - You have to take off your shoes, they are stored outside.

Perfecto is perfect. Never disappointed here, the room is clean, fragrant, hot water is steady.

For the room facilities, everything is ok, but the AC is leaking, maybe it needs to be fixed again. Cheap price but very satisfying.
