The toilet needs replacing probably because it's clogged, plus the AC needs repair.

The receptionist service is friendly, but facilities such as the TV are not working, the AC also needs repair because it is not cold. The toilet is clogged plus the bathroom floor and the walls of the toilet need to be brushed again to be cleaner.

The staff is very friendly. I just checked in in front of the staff and he explained everything really well.

The hotel staff is not very friendly, the drinking facilities when you have to ask for an extension, even though I tried to keep quiet, they didn't give it. Overall, it's okay for that price, please improve your service to guests👍

The room is dirty, the bathroom is also full of mold. The water for bathing is small, there is no water in the toilet, it is incredibly dirty 😭

Very very bad. Not friendly. And the mattress cloth is slightly wet and already asks for 100 thousand cash.

Early check in cannot be helped, so you have to pay again & the first payment fee is not refunded. Even though we have said we arrived at midnight because we were in transit from Boven Digoel Regency & spent the night in Merauke then traveled to Papi Hari, Feeling very disadvantaged because there is no hotel policy.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with the check-in process.

This is my first time staying here. Although there is no breakfast, there is WiFi, it is quite clean and comfortable. And what I like the most is the location of the hotel is quite strategic because it is located in the middle of Merauke Papua city.

Already paid for the room, there is none!
