It's normal, the lights went out early in the morning for a while, maybe the tokens ran out.

Early check-in is possible and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, the service—cleanliness, service, and bathroom—were all excellent. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the bed, which was very uncomfortable. The service was top-notch.

The location and rooms are decent enough, but the facilities are poorly maintained. Please ensure that facilities are ready for use when guests arrive, rather than waiting until guests are present to carry out repairs.

The bed was uncomfortable. In the morning, when we wanted to take a shower, the water turned off, claiming the upper water tank was being filled, so we had to wait. The room near the fitness center was noisy with clubbing music. We only stayed for one night before returning to Jakarta. The staff were kind and polite.

The room was clean. But the water was off at night. When I went to the bathroom at night, I was confused; there was no water.

Recommended hotel in Garut, will come back here again if I visit Garut 👍🏻

It was a truly wonderful stay at the Ramayana Hotel. The views are breathtaking, with views of the mountains, sunrise, sunset, and the lights of Garut city at night.

Initially, there were snacks and mineral water, but then the snacks disappeared, replaced by hot coffee and mineral water. Perhaps because of the low price. Yesterday, the welcome drink was missing hot coffee, only mineral water. Hopefully, the mineral water won't disappear and can last...

It's quite worth it and good for the Ramayana Hotel, maybe a little suggestion for the wall clock, please make it work again.

The hotel staff was nice, but the room facilities were less than satisfactory. The shower wouldn't work, there was no toilet paper, and the bed was very noisy, even the slightest movement was noisy.

The room is spacious, clean, the AC is cold, and the water heater works :)
