Josss for those who are on the morning flight

Because my wife was sick, I decided to buy a room on Traveloka while waiting for the 6:30 PM flight by Garuda. We checked in around 4:15 PM and I asked the FO officer to borrow a wheelchair to pick up my wife from the room to the Garuda check-in counter because the distance from the front office to the room was very far plus we had to go to the Garuda counter, but it turned out that the time we booked didn't come even though it was promised. We were very disappointed with the receptionist's service until I carried my wife and had to push my luggage too. I who had bought a full room finally checked out at 9 PM after seeing my wife off.

The food service for takeaway orders is not a solution, the food is already available and passengers have to check in quickly at 05:00, it is not immediately given... even though the order has been made since the hotel check-in

The staff is very nice, but the room size is very small because it includes a very minimal bathroom... although cleanliness is still maintained...... my suggestion is that the equipment be updated again

Was a very good location, 2 min walk after exiting from arrival. In the morning, I used the hotel shuttle car to the international airport, Wi-Fi also good.

My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight.
