My order was not in accordance, because I ordered an upper room, when I checked in I was given a lower room, I ordered VIP but there were no VIP facilities like in the picture there is a sofa but in fact there is none.

In the afternoon, local residents burned garbage, smoke entered the room and the hotel staff could not do anything. The electricity went out immediately at 12.00. I have stayed at all the hotels in the world, there is always a late checkout limit.

The spring bed mattress in the VIP room was broken, so it was uncomfortable to sleep because it felt like there were wires. Then I complained and there was an argument, finally the mattress was replaced.

3 days stayed at this hotel because there was a need near the location. Large parking area. In my opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast menu must be improved. Thank you 🙏.
