Very friendly, kind, and very responsive.

The sheets are dirty, the blanket is just a thin cloth, almost all parts of the bathroom are dirty, the water tank is full of mosquito larvae, the bathroom tank seems to be leaking water that is filled up by itself, there are traces of dirt in some parts of the toilet. Please pay attention.

The bathroom was dirty, the TV didn't work, as if it hadn't been cleaned, one of the rooms we booked didn't have the AC on, and when we wanted to check out the electricity went out for quite a long time.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is really good, because it faces the beach, clean.

only one downside, the tv doesn't work. the others are good.

Baru kali ini nyobain red door, dapet hotel ini pelayannya ga ramah jutek dua-duanya, dapet kamar nomor 3 AC ga dingin pindah ke kamar 1 AC dingin tapi TV rusak, ga ada solusi apa-apa, ada ketel listrik tp ga ada gelasnya, kamar mandi baknya diisi airnya abis lagi abjs lagi karena bocor juga dan ga ada aminity juga untuk mandi-mandi. Untung hanya 1 hari jadi pagi-pagi buru-buru check out karena ga nyaman.

The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable plus a yard for family gatherings.
