I booked a room with 2 single beds, but when I checked in, it was a room with 1 bed. The receptionist said that they ran out of rooms to upgrade. The booking manager blamed the booking app and said to upgrade. I didn't need to upgrade the room. When I checked out, without checking carefully, they insisted that the guest drank water from the fridge, while they brought a whole case of mineral water. They also said that when she checked in, she didn't check. It was really disappointing.
