Good location, good price, enthusiastic staff, especially the reception and security. The room is a bit small, there are mosquitoes. The housekeeping department is a bit sloppy, ignoring the toilet. Buffet breakfast on request.

New room and space, clean, very friendly staff, especially security guard Truong Nhu Dan is very enthusiastic and thoughtful! Always served hot tea every time sitting in the lobby!

The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very dedicated. Every time you go down to the lobby, you will be served drinks, it can be tea or water. Especially, security guard Ty always helps people to push their motorbikes or carry luggage very enthusiastically. When requesting laundry in a short time, it is always done. The receptionist is also willing to suggest delicious dishes in the city for you to try.

The hotel is very good, the staff at the reception are very friendly, especially the super cute and enthusiastic security guard who always supports tourists, very impressive.

I stayed here, the room was clean, comfortable, the hotel was in the city center so it was convenient. The impression was that the reception staff was friendly, the security guard was very enthusiastic. However, the hotel room sprayed the room perfume a bit strong so it should be restrained, the face washing area should have a small trash can which would be more reasonable.

The hotel is in a central location, very convenient for traveling - The rooms and swimming pool are beautiful and very clean - The staff and receptionist, especially the security guard, are very cute - However, I recently rented a Loft room and found that the room had very steep and slippery stairs, my child slipped and fell very dangerously - I hope the hotel installs more anti-slip equipment to avoid similar situations.

All staffs very friendly, helpful and kindly. Highly recommend this place.

great vacation, my wife and I were really surprised because the hotel was very well prepared to welcome us on our anniversary, friendly staff, beautiful pool view, very eye-catching decoration. Will come back

Hotel built on customer service.+ the staff of the hotel were incredible; cheerful, friendly and most important of all, they were very helpful. Special mention goes out to Ms. Van Hang (aka Ms. Hannah). She assisted my wife in contacting the hotel in Hue over a billing error which was expeditiously resolved resulting in us receiving the refund in less than 2 hours (our prepaid SIM doesn't include calls to fixed lines). She also assisted us in operating the TV. And the young lady who recommended us to a seafood restaurant patronised mainly by locals (could be Ms. Van Hang). The food were really delicious. Another staff (our apologies as we did not get her name), a young lady who checked us in, recommended us a restaurant to savour Mi Quang which was really delicious. And the young man at the reception who recommended us to visit Con Market and assisted me on the afternoon of September 29, 2023 to call a local number using his personal mobile as the hotel's phone in the room could not connect. My sincere thanks to the Gentleman who is possibly the hotel's security personnel who was so generous in sharing his own fruits with me, in this instance 2 delicious bananas, on the night of September 29, 2023. He also brought me a glass of cold water, refilled it later, called me to inform that my Grabfood has arrived, brought me tissues and a spoon to eat my dinner. And the young lady manning the reception on the same night who assisted me in searching for and placing an order for the food that I wanted to eat through GrabFood and for being so generous in sharing a bar of waffle biscuits with me. The Gentleman in security uniform in the morning was also very helpful with our luggage, brought us welcome drinks and helped to refill my glass with cold water during breakfast. And finally the young lady at the reception on the morning of September 30 who gave me a bottle of mineral water to bring with me to the airport.

This place is a great place, from the staff to the manager are friendly. There is a pool, food service and many local discovery programs from the operating company, 10/10 experience. I will come back next time, thanks

I felt comfortable in this room, sharing with other people but everyone was polite and private, the bathroom and toilet were clean.

The hotel is green, clean and beautiful, the staff are very lovely and support me a lot. Convenient location near the food street and there are many delicious dishes for breakfast. The rooftop swimming pool has a cool view of the city. In the afternoon, going up to the pool to rest and watch the sunset is great. I will return to Seahorse Signature on my next trip to Da Nang ^^

I booked the room in a hurry so I didn't have time to see the room pictures but it exceeded my expectations, the dorm room was spacious and quiet. Oh, there's also a swimming pool, I woke up in the morning and was so satisfied that I went down to have breakfast, the food was quite diverse. The location is right in the city center, convenient for me to move around more easily, next time I will bring my whole family here
