There was a problem when checking in. I booked a room with 6 beds on Traveloka, but it turned out the hotel system received a different order. So we waited a little longer until we were finally able to enter the room. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and could speak Malay.

It's perfect for solo travelers because it offers affordable dormitory rooms. The building is like a star-rated hotel, clean, and comfortable. There's an outdoor lounge area similar to a cafe, but it's exclusively for hotel guests. I found the location strategic, as it's close to the main road and bus stop. There's plenty of halal food nearby. It's close to the mosque, and the hotel's surroundings are quiet, comfortable, clean, and pleasant.

Everything you practically need was available, from towels and hot showers to a mini kitchen and dining area for eating and hanging out.

The attitude of the hotel owner and staff is very bad. I booked the wrong room for a female, the hotel did not support me to solve the problem. They kicked me out of the hotel, cursed and threatened me. Do not book this hotel. I lost money without using the service here. They also did not help me solve it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative point was that on two sides they were making a new building and renovating a building, but I hope that is finished next time when I go again to D'Nova hotel.

I booked for mixed bedroom. But the receptionist said I booked for female bedroom so I got extra charge for 50 sgd. Maybe there 's problem between platform and the hotel or something else.

ทำเลดีมากสำหรับไปร่วมงานที่จัดใน National Stadium ใช้เวลาเดินจากโรงแรมแค่ 20 นาทีถึง, แต่เรื่องห้องพัก แคบเกินไปสำหรับ 6 คน ห้องน้ำเล็ก ใช้รวมกันต้องรอคิว พื้นห้องนอนและห้องน้ำทาสีทับแล้วสีลอก เข้าพัก 3 คืน ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าปูที่นอนและปลอกหมอนให้ทุกวัน ใช้วนไป 3-4 วันนั้นเลย แต่หมอนและเตียงนุ่มสบายดี แค่พลิกตัวเตียงก็สั่น แขกคนอื่นมาเช็คอินดึกๆ เปิดห้องมาก็ตื่นจากเสียงดังจัดเก็บของ ไหนจะกลิ่นตัวกลิ่นเท้าคนอื่นอีก เพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อยไปพักที่ที่ห้องพักรวมน้อยลงอีกจะดีมากค่ะ
