The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were kept clean, and there was a lovely balcony directly overlooking the pool. The view was beautiful, overlooking Mount Gamalama. The atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, it was great, close to the city center, and easy access to everything.

A nice, luxurious hotel. The downside is that it feels stuffy, perhaps because the lobby air conditioning isn't cold enough or isn't enough. The bathroom blower isn't working, possibly because it's undergoing maintenance.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. A quick story: I booked the wrong check-in date, so I had to re-check in through the app. Although the reservation wasn't visible on the hotel monitor, the receptionist on duty at the time, Mr. Iyhan, quickly helped me check into my room. Thank you, Mr. Iyhan, for your prompt response, so we didn't have to wait too long 🥰🙏

Bela hotel was exceeded my expectation, the only complained was the 2 days trip around Ternate and Tidore, I booked driver thru the hotel for 2 full days but the driver was reluctant to bring us to the places we want to go, he always said "bu jauh" it's too far, I didn't want to argued with him but I felt like got scammed with paying full 2 days and the service was not up to my satisfaction

Pretty good bargain. Nice to have a balcony. They have a strict check-in policy of 2 PM, so don't hope to get a room a little earlier after an early flight arrival.
