Clean, new hotel, professional staff

I booked a room with 1 bed but they moved me to a room with 2 beds, it's very unreasonable. The hotel doesn't have an air conditioner. I called the reception several times but they didn't bring it up. I couldn't sleep all night because there was no air conditioner. With the above price, it's very bad.
