The property is clean and also in the quiet place which is close to the train station. The stay is good. During the night when the temperature is cooled down, the apartment is cold which the heating system is turned down. I have to wear multiple layer of clothes to keep myself warm. Hope the apartment can leave the option to the guest to turn on the heat is needed in the cold night.

It’s a great that it has a kitchen and a washer. It’s spacious and clean. The bathroom is modern. We are only here for a night but will return here.

Had some difficulty trying to get check in information. And also making online payment. There were zero toiletries when listing said there was. And the wifi details were not available. Had to contact apartment coordinator several times. But the coordinator was very responsive, which we appreciated. Will not stay again.

Half of the shower door is missing making for very messy and wet bathroom conditions. No oven. Previously reported check in issue. Good property past these by issues.

Description of facilities in the apartment is incorrect. There is no bath tub, there is no wifi. Drain of shower is clogged. Have to stand in flooded sewage water to take shower

Well maintained apartments with all amenities necessary for a quiet staying. Have to park in the street which it is a little difficult because street is narrow and the block is small, so locals get the spots easily, but I found a place.

The apartment was warm although they said they would turn in the air at 9pm. It never cooled down.

Was easy and convenient, short distance from all services I needed.

The stove did not work. The washer took 2 hours.

Our host helped us into the apartment and gave us tips about the area. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The area was very quiet. We had a lovely stay.

I do not want this review to be posted or shared. The apartment was nice but I don’t think the management is ready for orbitz travelers at least those outside the EU. Their online credit card payment system would not work for me. They promised to meet me and never showed up but when I called they buzzed me in. When they finally showed up hours later they tried to overcharge me and I had to show them two records to prove the correct cost. I decided to pay in cash because their credit card system was flaky but they were not prepared to provide a receipt. In the end it all turned out fine but I don’t think they are ready for orbitz. I don’t want to post a negative review but I think orbitz needs to work with the managers to make them come into line with normal expectations. Thank you.
