The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel that has been renovated. The hotel rooms are large and clean. The food tastes ordinary and lacks variety. The hotel is located near a main road so access is easy.

I ordered 2 rooms, the family type was okay but the Dulux room had a room with air conditioning that wasn't cold enough, the children's playground area was lacking but other areas such as the garden, swimming pool and restaurant were okay, only the breakfast variety wasn't that great.

Absolutely fantastic. I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. Every time I go to Puncak, I always stay at Greenpeak.

Everything was perfect. However, when we arrived, the room floor wasn't clean and needed to be mopped again. The bathroom also needed to be cleaned again, but the staff responded very quickly to our complaint. Good job.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was quite fast when I requested an extra bed. The downside was the breakfast menu, which lacked variety and was mediocre. The pool didn't have heated water, so the kids were cold. The room's poor soundproofing made it noisy at night from the neighboring rooms, either upstairs or to the side.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted warmly and friendly. All the staff were kind and communicative. You can request breakfast brought to your room by the restaurant staff. This is truly a comfortable hotel to stay in Puncak. 🥰👍🏻
