Brekfast is good not to many options for choose but everything is try is very good. For me only problem is the door at the bathroom . It we self closing mechanisam and it was very hard. A lot of power to open door for the toilet.

Definitely a 3 Star at best, fitness center was very basic somewhat limited, my room attendant, missed cleaning my room one day, left my hand soap, lotion and tissues empty. Not that close to city centre.

It is indeed a unique property; it is one of several recently developed large and modern structures with all sorts of amenities, from a local Spar to laundry facilities with many different types of restaurants, including a wonderful restaurant at the hotel itself. There are a couple of very pleasant walking and jogging trails, two of which follow an inlet of the Danube and lead right out to the great river itself…I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; also, the staff were wonderful—very professional, very kind and helpful, and very attractive young ladies who represented the hotel extremely well…. 😀

Kind workers, good breakfast

One of the best stays I have experienced in Europe! Very clean, excellent breakfast, close to public transport, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will 100% be back and can highly recommend this stay.

Horrible hotel in terms of cleanliness, we gave it 3 chances and during none of the them the hotel met the expectation of Radisson hotel. The rooms definitely need a deep clean and renovation. Very disappointing experience overall, besides breakfast, good variety and freshness of the menu.

I do not recommend staying in there as their cleanliness of rooms is not existing. The staff handled it well, however it seems that overall building and rooms need an urgent renovation or refresh at least. The breakfast though is 10/10

rooms were well appointed and modern. staff was always helpful, esp in the dining area. my husband said the bath towels were the best he's ever used. ;-) loved the eco-friendly aspect of refillable glass water jugs and shower items, as well as reusing towels. a great stay!

They never cleaned rooms, used cups, mugs were not cleaned, empty bottles were not replaced, used towels were never changed, bedsheets were not changed and bed was made in a rubbish manner without even cleaning bedsheets, didn’t replace toilet rolls and when asked for it, they just gave one without saying any apology. Room was always hot, couldn’t make cooler (temp was 19 but room temp always goes to 21), only few hot food options and those are not really fresh. Reception people were quite rude and harsh way of communicating. One of our rooms didn’t have any slipper and weighing machine was faulty but not replaced. It’s not worth the money.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not up to the standards of Radissons around the world. After unpacking our bags, we discovered that the TV wasn't working. We called a technician who couldn't fix it, and we were effectively stuck without a TV.

Clean room, helpful staff

Clean and well appointed room. No obvious signs of wear and tear. Bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure and stable temperature.

The receptionists were very,very helpful

Very cute and cozy hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time. Great breakfast too!

we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)
