Brilliant location, close to the sights and restaurants. The fridge wasn’t working and the shower had only cold water, which were the only downsides.

Love the area. It’s ideal for people traveling with backpack and no heavy luggage to take on staircases. One thing that bothered me was that we paid usd 18 for tourist taxes for 3 nights and employee wanted to give us only 1 night receipt. Point being that honesty must be displayed by staff to be respected.

The staff is beyond praise. It's a 2-minute walk to Lyabihaus. It's clean, the breakfasts are good.

The hotel is located in the very center, a 3-minute walk from Lyabi-Khauz Square. The interior is made in a historical style, which adds comfort. Breakfast is served on the top floor as a buffet, overall not bad for 1-2 days. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. You can get bottled water at the reception. The staff were friendly, although they didn't speak much English.

The location is great, all the main attractions, the old town are nearby. The breakfast was delicious, there was enough of everything. Some dishes were prepared by a girl right in a small kitchen next to the breakfast room. It was delicious. The rooms were quite clean and spacious.

Near main sites. One of previous reviews mentions Managers English but more than adequate to deal with our matters. Another review he sorted out train trip. We arranged good taxi transfer to Samarkand. Good breakfast. Liked restaurant/bar Amulet on main Street to the right, old barn off square also good esp food.

Delicious breakfast, wonderful hosts, they helped, answered questions, were very friendly and attentive. Located right in the center, everything is within walking distance.

location was great. the breakfast was delicious . the host remembered that I was vegetarian and included extra treats like yogurt. the bathroom had great water pressure .

Staff reception excellent; they imeadiately provided a guide who was with us on the following day. Staff also provided one car to drive us to Khiva at the end of our stay there.

Really lovely small, family run hotel. Excellent situation with wonderful dining room.

Everything was amazing. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms. On the second floor there are rooms with history. The staff is amazing. Hostess Feruza prepared delicious breakfasts upon request. I recommend.

This is a family run establishment and they're lovely - the service is excellent (they went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue with train tickets), breakfast is very good (they have an espresso machine). I'd stay there again.

Mini hotel in the old town

The room was so spacious with everything you need. I would also like to give a shoutout to the front desk representative, he was super helpful and went out of his way to make our stay even better in which he supported us with early checkin, translation to Yandex drivers & just being extra friendly overall.

Excellent accommodation option in the very center of the city. The interior of the courtyard, along with the rooms, is reminiscent of traditional Bukhara houses. The staff helped and explained everything needed for a successful tourist exploration of the city. The overall impression is very good. Breakfast is delicious.

良い点 　テラスが気持ちいい。飲料水か取り放題。朝食の最上階のレストランが良い。バスタブ付き。 悪い店 　冷蔵庫が無い。フロントにスタッフがいない時が多い。

とてもキレイなホテルでした。 エアコンも効いたしお湯もしっかり出たし何不自由なく過ごすことができました。
