Efficient check-in process - there's a 24-hour reception desk. I really appreciated that the owner contacted me via WhatsApp the day before check-in with check-in details. Clean, modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Clean, modern bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. There were even cotton pads and cotton buds in the drawer. And, of course, a hairdryer. I liked that the apartment had a kitchenette and a refrigerator. Location - a bit far from the city center (which I was aware of, of course), but there are bus stops nearby. The road to/from the bus and the hotel is safe for solo female travelers. A welcome card and a bag of coffee were waiting for me upon arrival—that was lovely. Cons: The sink was completely clogged, and I had to wash my cup in the bathroom. I couldn't watch TV because there was no signal.

The concept of this place seemed good when I looked it up online. I needed a well equipped kitchen as I was travelling with a baby and car parking on site- in this sense, the apartment met my needs. If I was a young adult travelling alone, or with another adult, this place would be great. But for a family with small children, I do not reccomend! Room floors were very dirty, to the point where your feet turn black and thick with dirt if you don’t wear shoes. The public hallways were also very dirty. There is a pool at the rooftop that is visited by non-guests. It’s an 18+ only pool, so kids can’t enjoy it, and guests have to put up with wet adults moving through the elevators. Location also not great, as it’s very industrial and a long walk to public transport. We asked housekeeping for extra trash bags but they were never provided- again, very hard if travelling with a baby. In summary: great place for young adults, not so good if you have children. I will, however, give them bonus points for the air conditioning.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing useful information and advice that made my stay much easier. Having access to the luggage lockers was also a great convenience and really helped me make the most of my time in Amsterdam. Although the property is not located in the city center, this was not a problem at all. Getting around was quick and easy, whether on foot or by taking the ferry to Central Station. In fact, I appreciated being away from the busy tourist areas, as it made for a much quieter and more relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, access to the property was quick and straightforward, and the check-in process was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. I did not have the chance to use the terrace area this time, but I definitely will on my next visit because I would happily stay here again. The value for money is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

This was the best place I could have asked for and I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to have a comfortable stay in Amsterdam. It is located in noord, where it's a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to the center for 20 minue cycle to the center. Noord is a very lovely district of Amsterdam with a supermarket nearby; a small market, it is very mordern, and easy to navigate. Bob W also has bikes you can rent for I think it was 23 euros a day which isn't the most competitive, but the fact it's where you stay could definitely be useful. The rooms are a good size, we had a standard studio, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the kitchen was good. There are also free washing machines and dryers which you can use. If you are eco conscious then this place is great they offset all emmisions and source everything renewably and localy. Now to why the rooms are 4 not 5 stars: there was no frying pan, and the aircon didn't hell regulate the heat in the room so it got to about 26 degrees if sleeping with the curtains open, even if the window was left over! But overall an amazing experience I would completly recommend!

I used this as a home away from home for remote work and it was great. There are definitely some pros and cons. My room was great! Very nice and clean and all I needed. The hallway floor was never swept the entire 10 days I was there and it was always dirty. The building has some great amenities like FREE laundry - but because it is communal, and there are a lot of young folks in the building, not everyone is super respectful about getting their things out of the machines in a timely fashion. If you do it during business hours, you'll have better luck than at night! The "cafeteria" on the top floor, while nice, is way over-priced. Go to the cute cafe next door. It's close to some buses that will quickly get you to the Old Town and there is a cute little neighborhood, Mosplein, in walking distance.
