Great location, helpful staff, easy check in and checkout. Very clean and spacious rooms, we enjoyed our stay!

Very good facility located near an ultra-luxury resort. There is beach access. The location is somewhat far from the city center, but you can get a 1-day or 5-day bus pass and get around very easily. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The various Mr. Kinjos vary in terms of facilities and value, and this one is on the high end.

It was very convenient and comfortable for long term stay due to being apartment type having all necessary items including kitchen.

The property itself is very nice with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine in the room and a communal dryer guests could use. The staff working there was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the property is very near another hotel, which a city bus stops at regularly, so it was very convenient to catch the bus from the nearby location. A very beautiful beach is also very accessible from the property with the water even being visible from the balcony. There is only staff there certain hours, so at checkout we were responsible for dropping our key in a box. The receptionist told us that would be the case, but merely pointed in the direction of the box without showing us where it was specifically, so we had a small bit of panic the day we checked out, being unsure where to drop the key. It wasn’t a big deal, but I would advise you to check where it is before it comes down to crunch time. The biggest drawback for us was that, although they have a very nice kitchenette in the room, if you want to use any utensils or pans it costs ¥1000 PER DAY. This seems unreasonably high to me. I would gladly have rented a set for ¥1000 for our STAY, but ¥1000 every single day was too much in my opinion.

Location is good only if you are self driving. There is an extra charge for parking. The room is big and has a washing machine.

Clean and tidy, everything such as microwave, big fridge, electric heating plate and washing machine inside room are just like brand new. Rooms also have balcony but only 3 levels high. Just like small motel.Room size is ok, not big but not small, around 20+ square meter in area, enough for two people. No room service people all day but only at the front desk between 1200 noon- 0900 pm. Hotel is not near town center, around 10 minutes drive.

スタッフの方も丁寧に説明があり、 駐車場は前払い制で2000円いりますが、 敷地内ならどこに停めてもよくありがたかったです。 チェックアウト時は鍵をポストに入れて返却と簡単でした。 アパートみたいにゆっくりくつろげました。 石垣港からも空港からもアクセスが良かったので、また利用したいです。

室内にレンジ、大型冷蔵庫、洗濯機などセットされており、近くのサンエーで購入した食材を暖かくして食べました。簡単な自炊も可能な設備と綺麗な室内、静かな環境など全てにおいて満足です。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

トイレが臭った。部屋のランドリーはありがたいが、温風乾燥機能が無く、困った。

凄く静かで近くにビーチあり ワーケーションするには最適 但しオフシーズンに限ります

フロントの対応も心地良く、室内、設備とも、大変良かった。

とても清潔でバスタブや冷蔵庫も大きく、とても快適でした。またリピートしたいです。 バスマットがあるとより良いと思いました。

壁が薄くて声が聞こえる。ウォシュレットが使えなかった。
