Amazing hotel

Service was outstanding from check in staff to restaurant and valet staff

This is the 4th hotel we have stayed at in Boston and it’s by far the best! Definitely our future pick.

Everything was amazing!!! You have to see for yourself. I’ll definitely stay at Raffles Boston. Whenever I’m in town excellent establishment.

Good stay

Raffles is a great hotel with exceptional service. We had everything we needed and the staff was there for anything we asked. We totally enjoyed staying there and will do so next time we are in Boston.

Excellent hotel. The only thing was that the AC in our room was so loud when turned on that it was unbearable. The hotel did help us move to another room that did not have the problem. We were only there for a night. We will definitely stay again as it is an excellent hotel otherwise.

Great place to stay

The service was disappointing given the caliber of the hotel. They lost our reservation and once they found it took 2 hours to prepare our room. Room service was very slow and everything arrive cold.

Limited breakfast menu.

Amazing hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, attentive to detail and professional. The staff at the Long Bar and Terrace were a different story. We got a table in the evening and no one ever came to us, we ended up standing by the bar and just ordering a drink there. For breakfast, we placed our order and apparently we were forgotten. I had to get up and go look for a staff member. The room was great, but we found body hair in the tub as we arrived. It was taken care of but something to keep in mind.
