I'm tired of booking accommodation at Bamboo Park, it doesn't meet expectations. I ordered. Y, 1 week before going there, suddenly when we got there, we didn't even say it was full, how come it's like that, we've already made the payment. If it's already full, why does Traveloka still show available rooms, then it shows again that the OTA conditions can't be refunded or cancelled, maybe this is one of their tricks. Ugh, I'm really annoyed. Please guys, if you order, be careful, don't make it look like I've walked a long way to the location again
