Personel was friendly...but wifi very poor and very noisy...but i would book it again

It's almost like a hotel but you get a studio and most rooms have view in the front and rven back get plenty of light.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Other than the noisy bar in front of the property, everything else was good.

The reception staff was excellent. There was a problem with the reservation but they calmly worked through it until it was solved. I rnjoyed my stay. Perfect.

Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

O hotel entega o que promete no anúncio. Os funcionários são excelentes. Porém, a região do entorno é cheia de bares e restaurantes com musica alta, o que atrapalhou o meu descanso e das minhas duas crianças pequenas.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

I had some problems with check in but in the end everything went well. Communication with staff is a bit limited and I got the feeling they were lost with the bookings. Overall, the experience was good.

Safe and clean

No internet, no mirror in bathroom, the door didn't lock (the lock stopped working), rude personal. Had to leave the hotel

Boa. Banheiro precisa de melhoria de conservação.

No geral boa. Apenas duas queixas, a limpeza do banheiro não estava muito boa, tinha cabelo na pia e pra quem deseja descansar, a rua é muito zoadenta.

Foi incrível, a localização é ótima e o atendimento na recepção é muito bom! Indico demais!

Razoável a localização é numa área perigosa e muito movimentada, muito barulho

Pra quem precisa fazer prova no Mackenzie é uma ótimo opção pela proximidade e custo. Há barulho, mas não que prejudique o sono. O Condominio possui conveniência. Padaria, bares, mercados próximos. Quarto simples, mas funcional. Há uma pequena cozinha com fogão, frigobar e microodas.

Localização de fácil acesso a todos os pontos que precisei ir. Mas rua extremamente barulhenta, o que atrapalhava a dormir no final de semana
