We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery due to snow and ice, so drive carefully.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Waking up to the stunning golf course view was truly delightful. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting Karuizawa by car, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very nice and new room with all the kitchen equipment and washing machine, very good service and extremely easy parking. If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. Also, our room had a second floor and the one on the second floor was a little hot. But, we still really enjoyed the housing experience, it was all great!

The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people.

家族4人プラス愛犬でスキーのために泊まりました。 とても綺麗で、調理器具やお皿など全て揃っていたので助かりました。お風呂も室内、大浴場とも快適。スタッフの方々もとても親切で大変満足できました。 また、ぜひ泊まりに行きたいと思います。

ペット同伴の部屋でしたがにおいがほとんどなくて快適でした。また泊まりたいです。

環境很乾淨，設備很高級，風景太美了，唯一的缺點就是我們那間總統套房的床翻身會有很大的聲音

犬連れの宿泊でしたがお部屋も快適で夕ご飯のテラスBBQがとても美味しかったです。

雰囲気もホスピタリティも最高でした。

ナビ通りの順路では行かないこと。パリダカみたいなレースになります。

キッチンやお風呂など、子連れにはありがたいつくりでとてもキレイでした。朝食も美味しかったです。お肉が苦手と事前にお伝えしたところ、お魚に変更してくださったり、ベビーチェアを貸していただけたり、柔軟にご対応いただきました。

とてもいいホテルです Googlemapでナビすると山道になることだけ要注意です

次は連泊してゆっくり過ごしたいです。

客室はとても充実していて（キッチンや洗濯機まで完備）まるで別荘の様な感じでした。軽井沢駅からはかなり離れていて、タクシー利用で片道7000円は掛かります。

ホテルだけの利用でしたが、 家族が満足できて何よりです。 虫が部屋に入ってきたが、森の中だから仕方ない。 家族団欒できるホテルだと思います

値段以外はは満点です
