Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in the FLATS. That’s right: No sheets for extra bed No fan in main area No soap The apartment was not clean. The sheets and pillowcases on the main bed were dirty. Also, the couch bed is NOT A QUEEN. That is a lie. It is not even a full size bed. It was small and with no air conditioning and no fan in that living room, it was HOT. We tried to reach someone via telephone or email. There is no way to communicate with owners. We could not figure out how to get a refund, but we are sure to pass on this information to other guests. Do not stay in the FLATS. Reserve a room in the HOTEL!!!

Flat muito bom enxoval de cama bom porém o ar condicionado do segundo quarto estava funcionando com muito barulho e o chuveiro do banheiro social esta com o registro quebrado

Flat confortável, espaçoso e bem utilitário. Apartamento 1603 bem limpo e mobilia nova. Vale a pena. O complexo é muito bom, com serviço e comércio no terreo. Restaurante do terreo muto bom para qualquer refeição.
